Welcome to Hart Swim & Dive! This is the sign-up form for the 2026 team. If you are new or returning, please complete this form. We will also have this form at tryouts as well for you to fill out as well.

All Hart students are welcome to try out for the team. If you are new to the team,  not on a club team, or not in the fall conditioning class, you are required to tryout for the team.

Tryouts consist of performing a 50 yard swim of a stroke of your choice. The minimum criteria is that a student must be comfortable in the water and can swim unassisted for 50 yards, or two laps. We will have coaches and volunteers there to help assist with the tryouts and to answer any questions. 

If you are returning, you must submit your name and best events with times below in the form. Please do not assume you are on the team because you participated last year. This form is required to be on the team. 

There are not time standards or cuts to make the team. 

Girl's and Boy's Junior Varsity and Varsity teams will be determined by the coaches. Seniors will be automatically placed on the Varsity team. All factors and considerations will be made when putting teams together. 

I encourage anyone who is interested in swimming and can swim 50 yards, to tryout. Being on the Hart Swim & Dive Team will be the most memorable and meaningful experience during your time at Hart. Hart Swim & Dive has a legacy and tradition of excellence and family. We want those who want to contribute to our family to join.
